Please contact our sales department.
How and when can I see the crane?
We kindly ask you to contact us in advance to arrange a time and find out the crane’s location.
Can you arrange inspection?
Yes, our sister company Urcan Makina can do the crane inspection. We can also arrange 3rd party inspection.
How can I pay for the crane?
The standard payment procedure is 10% prepayment and balance payment before delivery of the crane. We also accept payment via bank letter of credit. The payment currency is in Euro.
Do Urcan Cranes assist me for the Transport and shipping?
Yes, we can assist our customers for the transport and shipping of the cranes.
What documents will be shipped with the crane?
We include the crane’s passport, certificate of origin, service book, parts catalog, user manual and other necessary documents.
Can Urcan Crane clear the customs for us ?
Yes, if our customer requests, we carry out customs clearance of a crane. Terms and conditions are negotiated separately between us and the buyer.
We need service and operator training. Can Urcan Cranes provide training?
Yes, our sister company Urcan Makina can provide service and/or operator training.
We need service but our worksite, mine or yard cannot be access easily. Can Urcan Cranes provide service ?
Yes, our sister company Urcan Makina can provide service all around the world with well trained service technicians.
We Need a Special Unit. Can Urcan Cranes assist us to find the crane?
Yes, we can check from our Global Network consist of thousands of companies.
